Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 4 Hours before the beginning of the service: No charge •

• Cancellation after 4 Hours of the beginning of the service: 100% of the service requested will be charged •

• For a transfer and for in case of additional waiting, will be charged the transfer and the waiting time •

• For a service at disposal, will be charged for minimum 3 hours from garage to garage •

Important Information

• We are not responsible for valuables left in the vehicle •

• Prices do not include: Parking fees, Toll fees, Entrance to museums,

Phone calls from the driver's mobile unless stipulated •

• Times and kilometers are charged from garage to garage •

• Garage to garage, waiting and extra hour between 08:00 & 20:00: Hourly rate •

• Garage to garage, waiting and extra hour between 20:00 & 08:00: Hourly Rate + 15% surcharge •

• Extra km: Based on vehicle and kilometers •

Waiting conditions and delay guarantee

• Depending on the range of reserved car, the reservation includes a few minutes of waiting of the driver •

 • In Business Class, the first 15 minutes of waiting are free and then charged 1,00 € per minute •

• In First Class, the first 15 minutes of waiting are free and then charged 1,00 € per minute •

• The price of transport services is indicative and as such may remain subject to change due to the factual

circumstances of the service (for example, and without being exhaustive, due to changes in timetables,

changes in itineraries, etc...) 

• From the moment the user has validated the order as indicated above, the said order is firm and definitive •

• Any order validated means the acceptance of the indicative price •

• The carrier's price schedule according to the descriptions of the race or availability •

• The customer expressly authorizes TLS DA COSTA Limousines Services ​​to use the PAYPAL system or any

other system of his choice 

• Of secure online payment on the website for payment of any sums due by him for the services ordered •

• The invoicing of the customer is made on the basis of the aforementioned definitive price of the service

(including the possible penalty of delay) or, where applicable, on the basis of the cancellation penalty •

• The validation of the order by means of the credit card number, the expiry date and the cryptogram

(figures of the supplementary number indicated on the recto or at the back of the card) •

• Constitute a mandate to pay that the payment server sends to the credit institution of the client •
