General terms and conditions
1. Booking and confirmation
Every service is booked by phone, WhatsApp or email and confirmed by TLS DA COSTA. The booking specifies the date, time, pick-up and drop-off locations, number of passengers and pieces of luggage, and the agreed fare.
2. Waiting time
A courtesy period of 15 minutes is granted for any standard pick-up, and 60 minutes for airport or station pick-ups, counted from the actual arrival time of the flight or train. Beyond that, waiting time is charged pro rata at the applicable hourly rate.
3. Cancellation
Any cancellation must be communicated as soon as possible. A cancellation made less than 12 hours before the pick-up time, or the client's absence at the meeting point (no-show), may result in the service being invoiced in full. For long hires, events and multi-vehicle bookings, specific conditions are agreed upon confirmation.
4. Rates and night surcharge
Rates are communicated before the service and are inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise. Journeys carried out at night are subject to a 15% surcharge. Parking, toll and exceptional waiting costs are re-invoiced at cost.
5. Payment
Payment is made on board or by invoice for business clients holding an account. Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
6. Liability and conduct on board
TLS DA COSTA is insured for passenger transport and does everything possible to keep to the agreed schedules. It cannot be held liable for delays resulting from force majeure: weather conditions, accidents, exceptional traffic, demonstrations, road closures or strikes. Items left in the vehicle are kept and returned to the client wherever possible, without the company being held responsible for them.
Smoking is prohibited in the vehicles. Any damage or soiling requiring specific cleaning will be invoiced. The chauffeur reserves the right to interrupt a service in the event of behaviour compromising safety.
7. Personal data
Information provided when booking is used exclusively to perform the service and for invoicing. It is never passed on to third parties. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data by writing to info@limo.lu.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
